Emergency and urgent issues

If your issue is urgent, such as a major leak, loss of heating in winter or a security concern, please contact us immediately on 01252 979 687.

For all non-urgent maintenance issues, please complete the form below, and we will respond as soon as possible.

If an issue occurs outside of our working hours, please take simple steps to make the situation safe:

  • Turn off the water supply if there is a leak
  • Switch off electrics if needed
  • Take steps to prevent further damage
